1. Service Activation Delay: If you have purchased a Hypello plan and it has not been activated in your account within two (2) working days from the date of purchase, you are eligible for a full refund.

Non-Refundable Situations

1. Service Activation: Once the Hypello service has been activated in your account, refunds are not available.

2. Usage of Service: Refunds will not be issued based on non-usage of the service after it has been activated. Once the service is active, it is considered fully delivered and utilized, regardless of the extent of use by the customer.
