Connect Hypello to Codex

The Codex CLI, the Codex IDE extension and the ChatGPT desktop app share the same MCP settings, so you only add Hypello once.

1. Add Hypello:

   codex mcp add hypello --url https://mcp.hypello.com/mcp

2. Sign in and approve access:

   Copy Text

   codex mcp login hypello

3. Ask Codex to list your Instagram accounts and automations.

Run codex mcp list, or /mcp inside Codex, to check that Hypello is connected.

The command adds this to your Codex config.toml:

url = "https://mcp.hypello.com/mcp"

1. Open the gear menu and choose MCP servers.
2. Click Add server, name it hypello, choose Streamable HTTP and enter https://mcp.hypello.com/mcp.
3. Save, then click Restart extension.
4. Click Authenticate, sign in to Hypello and click Allow.
